My daughter’s track team started pre-season runs last Sunday. Thank goodness because it gives us an opportunity to run where she can just let loose and go without me worrying about where she is because she’s running with a group that is much, much faster than me.
I’ve been keep up with my schedule although I have rearranged some of my run vs. indoor workout days because of the weather. Usually, Saturday is an off day for me, but I think I might make Friday an off day and do a longer run on Saturday and a shorter run with my daughter’s team on Sunday.
